The 1975’s Matty Healy Joins Phoebe Bridgers During Opening Set for Taylor Swift

According to pitchfork.com artist Phoebe Bridgers has been the opening act for Taylor Swift‘s Eras Tour and last Saturday night at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium, Bridgers brought out 1975‘s Matthew Healy who accompanied Bridgers on guitar. Also making an appearance during the concert was  Boygenius’s bandmate Julien Baker.

During the set, an audience member went went on Twitter to post a video of Bridgers and Healy together.

“MATTY PLAYING GUITAR FOR PHOEBE IN A SKELETON SUIT GUYS.”

Also this past weekend Swift brought out Bridgers for performance of “Nothing New” and Swift also announced Speak Now (Taylor’s Version), which is the latest installment of the singer’s series of re-recorded albums.

The album will be released on July 7 and it will feature six previously unreleased songs. Bridgers and Healy have performed together live multiple times prior to last weekend, including at Jack Antonoff’s annual Ally Coalition Talent Show last December.
