Justin Vernon Performs With Mkgee and Dijon at Terminal 5

Bon Iver has been busy releasing songs this year such as “Moon”, “There’s A Rhythm”, “Walk Home” and “If Only I Could Wait”. However, since there is no Bon Iver album being made for the foreseeable future, following his two-night stint at Brooklyn’s Paramount as part of his trek across North America, Europe, and the United Kingdom in support of his latest record, Baby, Justin Vernon has had enough time on his hands to join Dijon at his Terminal 5 show in NYC, according to NME. Dijon was joined by several collaborators besides Justin Vernon, who sat in for much of the set, such as Mk.gee who joined for few songs such as “coogie”, “Big Mike’s”, “HIGHER!” and “Many Times” before returning for an encore of “Rodeo Clown” along with Nick Hakim who played piano, according to BrooklynVegan. Vernon has previously collaborated with Dijon and Mk.gee for an SNL performance where him and Mk.gee played in Dijon’s band. Watch the attendee-taken video of the Terminal 5 performance below.
