Sublime brings their “good good feeling” to life in the new music video for “F.T.R.,” which is the latest single from their new album, Until the Sun Explodes. Set at quintessential backyard party, the video captures a summer afternoon with close friends and family gathered by the pool, firing up the BBQ and enjoying live music as Sublime performs poolside. Family, friends and community have always been at the heart of Sublime and “F.T.R.” captures that spirit with a celebration surrounded by the people closest to the band.
“For the record, this might be my favorite video of all time. This captures the true essence of Sublime. We started out as a backyard party band and this is us just goofing around having fun on the Fourth of July having a backyard party and barbecue with close friends and family, still. Well into the future and beyond!!” said band member Bud Gaugh.
Sublime recently celebrated historic milestone as the band’s iconic self-titled album was officially certified Diamond by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), recognizing more than 10 million units sold. The Diamond certification marks a significant moment in Sublime’s legacy, honoring the band’s lasting influence and the millions of fans who have carried these songs forward through the years.
