Body Count Team Up With David Gilmour For New Video “Comfortably Numb”

Today, Body Count has released the music video for their version of Pink Floyd’s “Comfortably Numb.” The track will be featured on their upcoming album, Merciless, which is set to drop on November 22. The video features legendary Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour whose unmistakable solos provide a haunting backdrop to Ice-T’s raw and electrifying new lyrics that radically update the song.

The tune and video maintain the original themes of detachment, isolation and memorializing the most unlikely collaboration of 2024. Also, the music is stunning because of how Body Count and Gilmour use their musical talents to create a compelling cover of “Comfortably Numb.”

In other news, Body Count, fronted by Ice T, will be performing at the Aftershock Festival on the DWPresents Stage this Saturday, October 12, in Sacramento, CA.
