Pop star Lizzo joined popular R&B artist SZA recently for a special rendition of their song “Special.” The performance was a part of the Grand National Tour, which is co-headlined by SZA and Kendrick Lamar, marking Lizzo’s first-ever stadium appearance. The duo’s chemistry was undeniable as they delivered an empowering anthem to the sold-out crowd. 

Lizzo can be seen embracing her “blonde era,” wearing a chocolate lace bodysuit, complementing the gold accessories. “Special,” originally released alongside Lizzo’s 2022 album, was later then remixed with SZA in 2023. The song peaked at number 52 on the Billboard Hot 100 and topped the Adult R&B Airplay chart, according to Full Coverage Communications. 

The Grand National Tour, supporting Lamar’s GNX and SZA’s SOS Deluxe: Lana, is their first stadium tour, featuring shows across North America and Europe. The tour has been an extreme success, grossing over $100 million from just 10 shows, with several notable appearances from big-time artists.
