According to nme.com, the estate of Tom Petty has released three previously unheard songs to help celebrate what would have been Petty’s 73 birthday. The musician died in 2017 at the age of 66 years old after suffering a cardiac arrest.

The estate has  also reissued Petty’s 2010 blues album with The Heartbreakers called Mojo, along with the two new songs “Help Me” and “Mystery Of Love.” According to Petty, “Mojo was where the band lives when it’s playing for itself.”

The other new song “What’s The Matter With Louise” was recorded around the same time as the other songs from Petty’s 1994 album Wildflowers. The album is now available for streaming on Amazon Music.

All three songs are fantastic by how Petty‘s love for music can be felt through the beautiful instrumentation that is sizzling the air with amazing sound while the artist’s vocal performance serenades the ears with his powerful vocal tones.
