Quavo and Offset Reportedly Got Into Physical Fight Before Takeoff Tribute at Grammy Awards

According to consequence.net TMZ has reported that last night at the Grammy Awards artists Quavo and Offset got into a physical confrontation and  had to be separated before the “In Memoriam” tribute to their deceased Migos bandmate Takeoff.

Takeoff was shot and killed while leaving party at a Houston bowling alley last fall and  at the time, Offset was distant from Takeoff and his uncle Quavo, who together had recently released the album Only Built for Infinity Links without their former band member.

Also it has been reported that the Grammys were hoping to have a reunion in Takeoff’s honor but the reunion shirt lived because  according to other sources  Quavo physically  blocked Offset from joining him on stage and started to fight. Shortly after the altercation Quavo took the stage without his former band member to perform “Without You.

According to iheart.com Quavo wrote “Without Out” was written specifically for TakeOff and it was  released two months after his nephew passed away during a shooting in Houston. Both artists attended Takeoff’s big  funeral at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta and even eulogized him without any issues.

The “In Memoriam” segment also featured performances by  Mick Fleetwood who collaborated with Sheryl Crow on a tribute to Fleetwood Mac’s Christine McVie, Kacey Musgraves singing “Coal Miner’s Daughter” for Loretta Lynn and more.
