German-Iraqi DJ and producer Boys Noize shared the album art and track listing for his upcoming new record +/-, which is pronounced Polarity. He also shared his album backing tour for fall this year. The tour will kick off on September 4, in Toulouse, France. The artist will then tour multiple countries in Europe, North America and the UK. The tour will conclude on December 17th in Basel, Switzerland.
As revealed, the new album will feature quite a few guest artists, such as Rico Nasty, Kelsey Lu, Abra, Tommy Cash, Jake Shears, Chilly Gonzales, Corbin, Vinson and more. The record will be released via the artist own label, Boysnoize Records. The artist previously released his single “All I Want” featuring Jake Shears, and last year “Girl Crush” featuring Rico Nasty.
Boys Noize is based in Berlin, Germany, his legal name is Alex Ridha. About his upcoming album, Ridha says, “The album dives into the polar tension between the musical styles and worlds I find myself in.” He continues, “When you combine opposites, something transcendent can take place, something greater than the two parts. And with music, it becomes a magic that can create new worlds.”
Boys Noize upcoming tour will also feature performances at the Californian festivals CRSSD on September 26 and Dirty Bird Campout on October 16.
