LCD Soundsystem Announce 12 Show Residency At NYC’s Knockdown Center & Brooklyn Steel For November & December 2026

LCD Soundsystem has announced a 12 show residency at Knockdown Center and Brooklyn Steel in New York City. The residency at Knockdown Center will start November 19 and conclude on November 22. The residency at Brooklyn steel will start November 30, where the band will perform their 100th NYC residency show, continuing on December 1 through December 3. The band will return to Knockdown Center to perform December 10 through December 13. These shows will continue a longstanding tradition of annual NYC residencies for the band, which stretches back to 2017 when the band performed during the opening week of Brooklyn Steel and returned later that year for several multi-night residencies.

LCD Soundsystem will donate 100% of proceeds from ticket sales for the November 30 show to a charity to be announced. The 2026 residency will feature a variety of live openers, afterparties featuring DJ sets from special guests, and more. LCD Soundsystem’s 2026 residency is produced by The Bowery Presents. Tickets for all 12 shows will go on-sale to the general public beginning Friday, October 9 at 10:00 a.m. ET. via AXS.

Liv Spark: My name is Liv Spark and I am a New Yorker and undergraduate student currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at Occidental College in Los Angeles with a focus in Art History. My professional writing experience includes volunteering as a writer for a not-for-profit organization, co-writing a script for a short film, and working as an art and writing volunteer for healthcare workers. I also enjoy doing graphic design work and have volunteered to create graphics for the social media account of an animal shelter. Besides my love for writing, I greatly enjoy listening to music and spent my first semester of college co-hosting a weekly radio show for my school's student-run radio station. I am passionate about my love for art, film, literature, and all things pop culture, and I look forward to further exploring these subjects during my time in college while fulfilling my degree.
