
According to Consequence.net, Colombia’s Rock al Parque has revealed their lineup for the 30th anniversary edition, with Editors, Ministry, Mon Laferte, Apocalypticaa and dozens more acts set to perform in Bogotá from October 10-12. The free festival will return to Parque Metropolitano Simón Bolívar with more than 60 international, Colombian and local acts spanning rock, metal, punk, ska, reggae and other alternative sounds. Among the international names are Algiers, Between the Buried and Me, Darkest Hour, Stratovarius, Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra, and Triptykon featuring a set tied to Hellhammer and Celtic Frost. Latin American acts include Bandalos Chinos, Los Bunkers, Porter, Gondwana, Rata Blanca, Ratones Paranoicos and División Minúscula. The lineup also looks back at Latin rock history, with former Los Prisioneros guitarist Claudio Narea set to perform and David Lebón and Pedro Aznar representing Argentina’s Serú Girán.

For those who may not know, Rock al Parque was founded in Bogotá in 1995 and has become one of Latin America’s largest free outdoor music festivals. For the first time, this year’s edition will expand to four stages at Simón Bolívar as it celebrates 30 editions across three decades of sharing fabulous music.
