Ty Segall’s next record, Love Rudiments, is daring and romantic pursuit sought out with pure percussion, no words and no vocals to accompany the sonic journey. The second single and visualizer for “Honeymoon” has been released today and it is a delirious dance laced with melodic patterns of Latin cowbell. Also, Segall’s heartbeat-like snare hits bring intensity to the story behind the instrumentation. “Honeymoon” plays right into some of the most explosive experiences on Love Rudiments, which are life, confrontation, argument, separation and realization.
The full tracklist for Love Rudiments will be released on August 3rd. Fans and listeners alike can see Segall on tour this year and next year in solo acoustic guitar form, visiting throughout North America and various European countries.
