According to Stereogum, Maggie Rogers paired up with Joan Baez and performed a live cover of Bob Dylan’s “Don’t Think Twice, It’s All Right” at the recent Tibet House Benefit concert. The benefit concert marked the 37th annual at Carnegie Hall in New York City and the lineup included Laurie Anderson, Gogol Bordello, Tenzin Choegyal, Maya Hawke, Christian Lee Hutson, the Scorchio Quartet, Bowen Yang, Jlin and Philip Glass,
At the very end of the concert, after Gogol Bordello performed, Joan Baez and Maggie Rogers led an ensemble of artists and performed a rendition of “We Shall Overcome.”
Rogers recently announced her new album Don’t Forget About Me which is set to arrive in April. She shared the title track alongside the announcement. She is also slated to tour the U.S. in support of the album, visiting North Carolina, California, Colorado, Texas, Arkansas, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, Tennessee, Maryland, South Carolina and Florida. Rogers will be supported by The Japanese House on majority of the tour dates. She was included on the 2024 lineup announcement for Bonnaroo alongside Red Hot Chili Peppers, Megan Thee Stallion, Carly Rae Jepsen, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, Taking Back Sunday and many more.
