According to thefader.com, artist Sia has allegedly filed an alleged lawsuit against an alleged identity thief who allegedly claims is alleged pretending to be the artist in order to allegedly gain access to Sia’s alleged unreleased material.
The alleged unidentified defendant is allegedly believed to be living in California and has allegedly been contacting people in the music industry by allegedly pretending to be Sia.
According to the alleged lawsuit, the alleged unidentified defendant has allegedly been asking people to allegedly send them music that is allegedly yet to be released by the singer.
Also the alleged lawsuit allegedly explains that the alleged “defendant has emailed a number of persons in the music industry with whom the plaintiff is acquainted, including California residents, identifying him or herself as plaintiff, using an email address containing plaintiff’s name and fraudulently asking the acquaintances to send the person recordings of plaintiff performing that are not publicly available.”
Sia is allegedly seeking alleged damages plus alleged legal fees for alleged the email scam, alleged identity alleged theft and alleged invasion of privacy. It is allegedly hoped that a judge will allegedly grant the artist alleged access to allegedly identify the alleged defendant through his or her alleged email provider.
In back 2017 Sia allegedly got ahead of a different scammer when she allegedly leaked an alleged naked paparazzi picture of herself after allegedly learning that someone was allegedly trying to sell the alleged image to her fans.
