The musician goes on to explain that he will “be off social media for a while,” while also promising that he is “getting my world ready for a host of new things.” He goes on to reiterate how much he appreciates his fans and their understanding, giving his fans an enthusiastic “THANK YOU.”

In his thread, Townsend explains that DreamPeace will be the newest edition of his Ziltoid Universe, explaining: “However I’ve started digging into ‘The Moth’ the next chapters of Ziltoid and his world, as well as a whole new avenue called ‘DreamPeace’ as well. Please have patience while I reorganize my mind.”

He concludes his announcement by noting that while he does plan to tour and perform in the future, the next six months will be dedicated to “getting myself on track again. Thanks to everyone in my world. Please wish me luck :)” Read the musician’s full Twitter thread below.
