Thrash metal legends Slayer are currently embarking on their final tour, however the band are seeking to make final statement with a new film Slayer: The Repentless Killogy, which will screen for one night only across 1500 theaters in the United States. This latest film is directed by BJ McDonnell, who conceived and directed the music videos for “You Against You,” “Repentless,” and “Pride in Prejudice.”

The first part of this new film will take the parts of those three music videos, who’s tracks are featured on the band’s final album Repentless, and bring them together into one cohesive story. This part is focused on a character named Wyatt, a former Neo Nazi associated with a gang known as “The Hand Brotherhood,” who are known to leave bloody handprints on their murder victims. This film features an all-star cast including Jason Trost as Wyatt, Danny Trejo, Richard Speight, Derek Mears, Jessica Pimentel, Tyler Mane, Bill Moseley, Caroline Williams, and Sean Whalen.

The second part of the film will document the band’s performance at the Los Angeles Forum on August 5, 2017, and was directed by Wayne Isham who has directed videos for artists including Metallica, Foo Fighters, Michael Jackson, Kelly Clarkson, and Britney Spears. Tracks that are performed in this video include “South of Heaven,” “War Ensemble,” “Mandatory Suicide,” “Dead Skin Mask,” “Raining Blood,” and “Angel of Death.”

Trejo and Pimental appeared in a teaser trailer for this project earlier this year.  The band have released trailers for this project since at least July, in a video where they unveiled the band’s “Final Chapter.”

“When we set out to do these initial three videos,” said McDonnell in a press release. “Our intention was to continue the saga of Slayer and Wyatt at some point down the line. But this is the band’s final album and world tour so this story, the three videos and the “Repentless” live concert at The Forum, is a perfect way to wrap up. This is the end of the monsters.”
