The Los Angeles duo Big Business has just released a new track entitled “Heal the Weak,” according to Revolver Mag. This is the second track to be released from their forthcoming album, The Beast You Are, set to be released on April 12th under the Joyful Noise Recordings label.

“Heal the Weak’ is a musical curse on those who seek to take advantage of people of lesser means,” describes Jared Warren, the bassist-vocalist of the duo. “A clarion call of warning to the crustfisted oppressor.”

The Beast You Are will mark the first release of music from the band in three years.  This upcoming fifth studio album follows up to their previous 2016 album Command Your Weather.

The band used to consists of four members in total, until recent years. Coady Willis, the drummer-vocalist of the duo, mentioned in a previous press release about where the duo is at with this new album and a shortage of members. “It’s just better. We work faster, and we know what we’re both going for. It gives us more room to be weirder in certain aspects and try different things. It makes sense because that’s how we established ourselves in the beginning and how we learned to write songs together, it was just the two of us. Coming back to that lineup felt natural.”

I am always here to share someone else's story, to uplift a voice in any community.
