Robert Plant Releases New Bluesy Rock Song “Bones of Saints

After announcing to the world that his 11th studio album Carry Fire is set to drop this fall on October 13th, legendary singer/songwriter/lead vocalist of Led Zeplin Robert Plant has been gaining back the attention of music listeners worldwide. Plant started the preparation for the release of his upcoming album with its first single “The May Queen” as both Plant and Led Zeplin fans enjoyed the melodies of the rock/blues singer as he crooned to a certain female ruler in his life. Well it seems that Plant has come back bearing more gifts with the release of his second single “Bones of Saints.”

According to NPR, Robert Plant recently has dropped his second single “Bones of Saints.” Just like his first single “The May Queen,” Plant is accompanied on “Bones of Saints” by his band The Sensational Space Shifters. Whether howling, crooning or using his boisterous voice, The Sensational Space Shifters do an amazing of highlighting the characteristics of their lead singer. So when you add lyrics like “So much of me they’ve broken, the servants of a liar” to the equation, “Bones of Saints” sounds like the emotions of a confused angry follower who has discovered the disappointing history of leaders of religious institutions. Below you can checkout Robert Plant’s new single “Bones of Saints” off his upcoming album Carry Fire.
