S&S Presents has announced the lineup for Kilby Block Party 2027, which will take place Friday, May 14 through Sunday, May 16. Held at the Utah State Fairpark in Salt Lake City, the eighth annual edition of Kilby Block Party will feature performances from 70 artists. The headlining acts include Deftones, The Strokes, Jungle, Fontaines DC, and Slayyyter. Deftones has been busy this year, having gone on two tours in the EU/UK and Australia/New Zealand. The band is currently on their EU & UK tour and will begin the North America leg of their tour in April of 2027. Jungle is currently on the Europe leg of their world tour, having released their fifth studio album, Sunshine, on August 14. The Strokes are currently on their Reality Awaits global tour supporting their album of the same name, which was released on July 24, 2026. Slayyyter has recently concluded her Wor$t Girl in the World Tour in support of her album WOR$T GIRL IN AMERICA, which was released in March of this year. Her upcoming album wor$t man in america will be released on December 4. Other acts include Two Door Cinema Club, who is currently celebrating the 15th anniversary of their debut album, Tourist History, Phantogram, Julien Baker, Current Joys, and Wolf Parade, amongst others. The poster listing the festival’s lineup includes 12 unannounced artists, which are marked by question marks.
With last year’s edition proclaimed by none other than Lorde herself as “the absolute coolest festival ever,” and a “can’t-miss experience” by Salt Lake City Weekly, Kilby Block Party continues to show why it has earned its place in the hearts of music fans who attend each year from all over the world. It might all come down to the thought, attention to detail, and careful curation that the team behind the festival puts into every aspect of the experience. This is a festival “clearly booked by human beings,” wrote Stereogum in their review. “You can go to Kilby and get excited about music.”
