Leon Bridges is keeping up the energy for his upcoming fourth studio album, dropping another four singles ahead of it’s September release. This follows the announcement of the upcoming album Happiness Anytime and the first batch of four singles to be shared from the project as the first of three separate EPs making up the whole album. “Talk It Over,” “All Day All Night (Ft. Lydia Kitto)”, “Fly Baby” as well as the album’s title track were all released yesterday as part of the second EP. These tracks can all be found on Bridge’s YouTube channel, with “Talk It Over” receiving a full music video.
These new tracks serve to paint a varied image of the upcoming album. “Talk It Over” features an upbeat video with Bridges dancing alongside large crowds alongside to the smooth, groovy and jungle-inspired track. “All Day, All Night” keeps up the energy a bit, but creates a more mellow and relaxing vibe with Lydia Kitto providing soothing background vocals. It’s video features Bridges out on the water in a boat, a sight that more than fits the lounge-y and relaxing nature of the song. “Happiness Anytime” slows the tempo down a bit, but remains upbeat and keeps up that mellow and relaxing energy. “Fly Baby” features serene and idyllic shots of palm trees and bright blue beaches with yet another more calm and mellow track. While each showcases a different flavor of it, all the singles come together to give the broad taste of Happiness Anywhere‘s serene and soulful vibe. Fans can get their hands on the full serving of songs when the album releases on September 25th.
