A$AP Rocky has officially announced the release of his long-awaited fourth studio album, DON’T BE DUMB, set to arrive January 16th, 2026 via A$AP Worldwide/RCA Records. The project marks Rocky’s first full-length release in eight years, ending a lengthy gap that has only intensified anticipation around one of hip-hop’s most influential figures. Since his last album, Rocky has expanded far beyond music, cementing his status as a cultural force through fashion, film and entrepreneurship. Still, DON’T BE DUMB is a decisive return to the album format and early signs suggest the project will be as visually and conceptually ambitious as it is sonically.

Fueling that intrigue is the album’s striking cover art, which Rocky revealed earlier this week on social media. The artwork was created in collaboration with visionary filmmaker and illustrator Tim Burton, whose unmistakable style brings an edge to Rocky’s latest era. Burton described the partnership as a meeting of creative worlds, explaining that Rocky spoke at length about his alter egos and evolving identity. Burton translated those conversations into illustrated interpretations that reflect the album’s themes. “I loved working with an artist like Rocky—it was a great collaboration,” Burton shared.
With unprecedented global demand already building, the album stands to be one of the most closely watched releases of 2026, ushering A$AP Rocky into a new chapter.
Tracklist to be released.
