A$AP Rocky Announces New Album Don’t Be Dumb for August 2024 Release

The release date for A$AP Rocky’s anticipated album, Don’t Be Dumb, has been announced as August 30th. Don’t Be Dumb follows Rocky’s last 2018 project, Testing, and a performance at Coachella this year with Tyler, The Creator.

As reported by Hypebeast, Rocky shared the title for his upcoming album at the end of his debut runway, for his “American Sabotage” collection, as he walked the runway holding a Don’t Be Dumb vinyl. Rocky also decorated the venue with American Sabotage newspapers and graphics that read “Don’t Be Dumb. You Know What to Do. Blame Rocky!”

Since releasing Testing, Rocky has welcomed two children with Rihanna, RZA Athelstan and Riot Rose Mayers. But, Rocky hasn’t been absent from music since Testing. Pitchfork reports that Rocky has been staying active in the music scene by doing features and releasing a handful of solo songs. Rocky has recently released multiple singles set to be featured on Don’t Be Dumb, such as “D.M.B,” “Shittin’ Me,” “Same Problems?,” and “Riot (Rowdy Pipe’n)”.
