English-American rock band The Kills have returned with a brand new single and music video for “Wasterpiece,” the latest release from their upcoming album God Wars which is slated to arrive on October 27 via Domino. They also announced an extensive winter 2024 headline tour throughout North America.
The new song was preceded by three other lead singles including “103,” “New York” and “LA Hex” the latter two which marked The Kills’ first new music in five years. They released their new rarities album Little Bastards in December 2020 and debuted a demo track entitled “Raise Me.” They also shared a music video for their cover of Screamin’ Jay Hawkins “I Put A Spell On You.”
The Kills are hitting the road early next year in support of their forthcoming record God Games, kicking off the trek with a show at The Observatory in Santa Ana, California on February 2. The tour will also see them visit several other states including Oregon, Washington, Utah, Colorado, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New York, Washington DC, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. They will also be stopping in Canada for a couple shows in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal. The North American leg will come to an end with a show at Fox Theatre in Oakland, California on March 16.
