Electronic music duo Röyksopp have announced the True Electric 2023 North American Tour, which starts starting in San Francisco on September 21, including dates in Los Angeles on September 22 and at New York’s Terminal 5 on October 1.
The True Electric 2023 Tour will be Röyksopp’s first North American tour since 2017. Also the tour follows the duo’s sold out European tour from this past February and European festival dates this Summer.
Pre sale tickets will be available from the band’s mailing list today from 10 a.m. local time to 10 p.m. local time. General on sale tickets will be on June 23 at 10 a.m. local time at royksopp.com.
In the press release Röyksopp describes the meaning behind their upcoming tour.
“With True Electric we want to bring the pure and immersive Röyksopp experience of our studio productions to the live stage. This means synths, samplers & sequencers, in a performance where the hero of the show is the music itself. Expect an eclectic set where energetic beats meet vast, transcending soundscapes. True electric – what it says on the tin.”
Along with the news about the upcoming tour, Röyksopp have shared the song “Feel It” LP Giobbi Remix. As a whole, the tune has a strong musical vibe that consists of catchy electronic musical beats shaking the background while the vocal performance fills the air with bittersweet harmony.”Feel It” LP Giobbi Remix will cause some listeners to dance while the music blares from their speakers.
