Evanescence Receives Diamond Plaque for Sales and Streams of 10 Million Units of Debut Album Fallen

According to blabbermouth.net rock band Evanescence were presented with a a diamond plaque commemorating the sales and streams of ten million units in the United States of the band’s debut album Fallen.

The presentation happed during Evanescence‘s  performance at the Crypto.com arena in Los Angeles last Thursday night as the supporting act for the rock band Muse.

Last Friday Evanescence went on social media to a share a few photos of them holding the Fallen diamond plaque

“Fallen is officially Diamond. Absolutely speechless, what an honor! Thank you for 20 incredible years.”

The diamond-plaque presentation took place more than four months after the LP was certified diamond by the Recording Industry Association Of America (RIAA).

Fallen features the smash hits “Bring Me To Life”,  “Going Under,” “My Immortal” and “Everybody’s Fool.”  Also  Evanescence won Grammys in 2004 for Best New Artist and Best Hard Rock Performance.
