Ellie Goulding has shared her infectious new single “By the End of the Night.” The track is the latest to be unveiled from Ellie’s anticipated fifth studio album Higher Than Heaven coming April 7 on Interscope Records. “I feel like we’ve all been through such a lot over the last few years, we’re still processing everything,” Goulding says about the song. “I don’t know if it’s just me but I feel like we need music that uplifts us and makes us feel good and that’s exactly how I feel about ‘By The End Of The Night.’ It gives me a sense of euphoric, sensual escape, like being on a dancefloor on another planet… something that was appealing back in the late 80’s… where this track could have easily come from!” Check it out below.
Amazon Freevee is also celebrating the release of Higher Than Heaven with an upcoming concert special, Monumental: Ellie Goulding at Kew Gardens. The special will debut exclusively on Amazon Freevee in the U.S., UK, and Germany on March 31. Ellie performs at the world’s largest and most diverse botanic gardens, London’s Kew Gardens. The show includes acoustic performances of fan favorites and selections from her new album.
“By the End of the Night” follows the recent release of “Miracle” with Calvin Harris as well as previously released singles “Like A Saviour” and “Let It Die.”
