The supreme princess of R&B is back in the public eye and here to ensure that her sporadic album drops have a lasting impact. Following the colossal success of her her second studio album, SOS, Solána Imani Rowe aka SZA has released music video for one of her biggest hits from the tracklist. Check out the Tarantinoesque visual package for “Kill Bill” below:

If it wasn’t clear from the song already, wherein the singer-songwriter contemplates killing her ex-lover, the above video explores a violent pursuit of revenge following a failed and abusive romance. Directed by Christian Breslauer, it derives elements from the film after which the song was named, and SZA can be seen in place of Uma Thurman, but equally badass: katana, motorbike, tight jumpsuit, all of it!

The video features a second phase in which SZA, roped up and held in place by a shibari, hangs nude from the ceiling while singing “Seek and Destroy,” also from the same album. After “Nobody Gets Me” and “Shirt,” this is the third music video from SOS.

Next month, she will embark on her highly anticipated North American tour. Starting on February 21, the trek will last about a month and climax in Los Angeles, CA.
