Perry Farrell and Etty Lau Farrell’s avant-garde nightlife series, Heaven After Dark, returns for its second event this year. The series continues with a special show featuring Maceo Plex, Christian Loffler, Sam Shure and more at Catch One Los Angeles on Friday, Dec. 9, 2022.
Perry Farrell, frontman of Jane’s Addiction, Porno for Pyros and founder of Lollapalooza, and his wife Etty Lau Farrell have announced the next event of their grand nightlife series. The Farrell’s Heaven After Dark’s next event is set to follow the Spirits On Fire Tour with Jane’s Addiction and The Smashing Pumpkins.
Heaven After Dark focusses on iconic and emerging musicians, highlighting a variety of acts with the sharpest underground and cultural blends in the new generation. This December, performers include Maceo Plex, the Spanish-based producer whose work and name take inspiration from Farrell. Plex and Farrell are currently working on new material together, following Maceo’s contribution to Farrell’s 2021 solo The Glitz: The Glamour. Christian Loffler, a German producer also joins the setlist with his unique compositions blending electronic and pop. Sam Shure, a German-based DJ will be making his LA debut at Heaven After Dark this December.
In July 2022, Heaven After Dark returned to Los Angeles with a sold-out show at the Belasco Theater. The show included lots of fascinating acts and performances by Starcrawler, Frankie and The Witch Fingers, Kind Heaven Orchestra, and the infamous reunion show of Porno For Pyros.
