Dance music and Gryffin is all you need to have an amazing night at the club, LIV on October 22nd.
Songwriter, DJ and producer Dan Griffith makes transcendent, emotional and 2013-esque dance-pop that just reminds you of the good days filled with sunshine and macrame dreamcatchers. As a classically trained pianist, Gryffin (Dan Griffith’s stage name) worked on his musical abilities by playing in bands. He also is a well- versed guitar player amongst talents in producing. Gryffin graduated with an electrical engineering degree from the University of Southern California and plunged himself into musical production, eventually making the move to Los Angeles. Performing for the first time internationally in 2015, he released remixes of Tove Lo’s “Talking Body,” Maroon 5’s “Animals,” and Years & Years’ “Desire” within that same year. In 2016, Gryffin released his debut single, “Heading Home,” which featured Australian singer Josef Salvat and found himself on Billboard’s Dance/Electronic Songs chart.
Over the years (between 2017-2021), Gryffin was able to release a plethora of records with artists like Aloe Blacc, Carly Rae Jepson and Two Feet. His newest singles of 2022 include the songs “You were loved” with famed band One Republic and “Scandalous” with R&B star Tinashe.
If you love dance-pop music and clubbing, then you wouldn’t want to miss seeing Gryffin at LIV on October 22nd!
