See Inara George of The Bird and The Bee Live at Theatricum Botanicum 6/6/21

Singer and songwriter Inara George of The Bird and The Bee is performing a special afternoon show at Theatricum Botanicum in Topanga at 2:00pm on June 6, 2021. George’s band will include Barbara Gruska, Gabe Noel, Samantha Sidley and Wendy Wang. George herself is a Topanga native and longtime supporter of the Theatricum.

Inara George is involved in multiple projects: as one half of The Bird and The Bee, a member of The Living Sisters, and a solo artist. She recently teamed up with Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters for a new single “Sex In Cars: Road Angel Project,” for a duet version the track from George’s latest release The Youth of Angst. This song is the first of a series of “Road Angel Project” releases, which will see all proceeds donated via a partnership with Sweet Relief Musicians Fund, providing financial assistance to all types of career musicians and music industry workers who have lost income due to the global pandemic. The Bird and The Bee have also released a holiday album in 2020, Put Up the Lights.

While the works of Shakespeare may typically grace the stage of the Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum, the lovely outdoor space has also been known to host several concerts. Grab your tickets and prepare for an afternoon of wonderful music!
