The Legendary Ringo Starr Is Coming To The Met on June 20

Ringo was originally slated to perform at The Met on June 21 of this year, but his show has been pushed back a full calendar year and he will now be performing on June 20, 2021. Not much introduction is needed for Sir Richard Starkey AKA Ringo Starr, the legendary Beatles Drummer. Since releasing his debut album, Sentimental Journey, right before the Beatles’ breakup in 1970, Ringo has gone on to have an incredibly successful solo career and was the last Beatle to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for a solo career.

Ringo will be touring the country in 2021 alongside his All-Starr Band. This collective is somewhat of a super group of rock stars formed back in 1989, with a constantly shifting lineup. The current members are as follows: Steve Lukather (guitars, bass, vocals), Colin Hay (guitars, harmonica, vocals), Gregg Rolie (keyboards, vocals), Hamish Stuart (bass, guitar, vocals), Gregg Bissonette (drums, trumpet, backing vocals), Warren Ham (saxophone, harmonica, flute, percussion, keyboards, vocals). Each member is from a different band and brings their own unique skill and talent. Don’t miss out on this incredible show and opportunity to see Ringo and his All-Star Band perform at The Met.
