Curl Up And Die @ Chain Reaction 6/22

1998 metalcore band Curl Up and Die return to the music scene with a special performance in Anaheim. The four man group will perform at the Chain Reaction venue on Saturday, June 22nd. They’ll receive support from the bands Taken, Seizures, and Regional Justice Center. Tickets for the show are priced at $15. The show will begin at 7:00 PM.

Curl Up and Die got their start in Las Vegas, Nevada and recorded their first release in 2000. Their second release entitled The Only Good Bug Is A Dead Bug followed and really helped kickstart their careers. The band eventually signed to the independent label Revelation Records and put out their debut studio album soon after. With a handful of other releases down the line, the band acquired a dedicated fanbase. Although earning their respect in the metalcore community, the band went on a sudden hiatus. It wasn’t until this year that the band has decided to reunite.

For that reason, this show in Anaheim will be that much more special. Hit the link below to witness the group’s return to the stage.

Julian Pino: I'm a recent graduate with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business. I graduated from California State University Channel Islands in Camarillo, California, but I now reside in Los Angeles. I'm very passionate about music and have been trying to involve myself with the culture surrounding it for as long as I can remember. I was recently fortunate enough to work with the thriving new multi-channel network, Create Music Group where I learned many new things about the music industry. Here, I acquired several skills regarding music monetization and even became certified in YouTube Content Ownership. When I'm not working on the clock I usually spend my time finding new music. As a DJ/producer, I take pride in discovering new artists and different types of genres. I recently started a project where I intend to support and share new artists on social media so that they're getting the recognition that they deserve. I also make an effort to attend local shows whether the performers are superstar artists or aspiring artists. Ultimately, I aim to positively impact the community of artists and listeners that are as impassioned about music as I am.
