Max and Jay Weinberg Are Joined by Stephen Brodsky and Ben Weinman On Stage to Cover “Helter Skelter” and More

Jay Weinberg of Slipknot and his father Max Weinberg, (Bruce Springsteen‘s E Street Band, ‘Conan O’Brien‘s previous bandleader, etc.) performed onstage together last weekend. The performed together for the Best Buddies Tennessee benefit show  at The Basement in Nashville, TN on October 16th. Members of Mastodon, Suicidal Tendencies, The Offspring, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Mutoid Man and more performed various covers.

Mastodon is coming off a stint at the Adult Swim festival following the tragic passing of their manager Nick Johns. Suicidal Tendencies just released their thirteenth studio album Still Cyco Punk After All These Years. The Offspring recently resumed work on their long-awaited 10th album, and Mutoid Man were recently scheduled to perform at New York Comic Con, but were escorted out for being too loud. They performed outside.

Watch The Weinberg‘s perform The Beatles‘ “Helter Skelter” together with Ben Weinman (Giraffe Tongue Orchestra, ex-The Dillinger Escape Plan), Stephen Brodsky (Cave In/Mutoid Man) and more, below.
