The Kooks Make Their Way Across the Pond to the Wiltern on June 7th

After a successful festival circuit in the United Kingdom, and an international tour, The Kooks now head to Los Angeles for their last stop in the United States. Due to popular demand on the west coast, the Kooks are playing four shows in California, two in the Los Angeles area. In addition to the Wiltern, The Kooks are also scheduled to play at the Observatory in Santa Ana, The Observatory North Park in San Diego, and the Garfield Theatre in San Francisco.

While the band does not have a new album touring, The Kooks are on a celebration tour of sorts. In honor of being a band for over ten years, The Kooks released The Best of… So Far – their own version of a greatest hits album that includes songs like She Moves in Her Own Way and Seaside. So if you’re into the early Kooks albums, or even if you’re first listening to The Kooks this tour surely will include a blend of all of The Kooks’ work. Since this is a greatest hits album with a total of 39 songs, I would expect long sets with good energy. This is a celebration of all of the beautiful music and hard work that has led them up to this point, and you have the opportunity to join in the fun.
