Quebec Summer Festival Announces 2018 Lineup Featuring Foo Fighters, The Weeknd and Neil Young

Quebec Summer Festival has announced their lineup for the 2018 event from July 5th to July 15th. This year’s lineup features Foo Fighters, who has released Concrete and Gold and is currently on tour to support the album, The Weeknd, who has worked with Kendrick Lamar to release song and will be performing at Panorama Festival, and Neil Young, who will be performing at Arroyo Seco Weekend.

Quebec City Summer Festival is an annual 11 day festival that features a variety of genres such as pop, folk, rock and hip hop. The festival has been taking place since 1968. There have been three main outdoor venues, along with others such as a site that features animation and events for children. Previous artists have been Iron Maiden, Def Leppard, and Lady Gaga.

This year’s lineup consists of the main headlines: Canadian singer-songwriter and record producer The Weeknd, Canadian singer-songwriter Neil Young, American rapper Future, Canadian singer-songwriter Shawn Mendes,  American rock band Foo Fighters, Canadian musician Patrice Michaud, American DJ and production duo The Chainsmokers, American singer-songwriter Beck, New Zealand singer-songwriter Lorde, American heavy metal band Avenged Sevenfold, and American rock band Dave Matthews Band. Other performers of this festival are Passenger, who has performed at The Fillmore, The War on Drugs, who will be performing at the XpoNential Festival, and Sum 41, who will be performing at Vans Warped Tour. This year’s prices are $100 until June 4th and $110 from June 5th. Tickets are available on the festival’s website.
