LISTEN: The Claypool Lennon Delirium Cover “Astronomy Domine” by Pink Floyd

Not often can a group cover Pink Floyd and rightfully portray the eccentric rock greatness with certainty, but behold it has been done! The Claypool Lennon Delirium just released a cover of “Astronomy Domine,” which was recorded live for SirusXM’s Jam On show. This record will be included on their album but may not be exactly the same as the version featured below. The group is on rotation promoting their debut record The Monolith of Phobos that was just released through Amazon where you can stream it now.

The joining of John Lennon’s son Sean and bass legend Les Claypool is a duo no one can ignore. When the two decided to join forces after touring together in 2015 and jamming numerous times, critics and fans alike knew it was going to be great. They recorded at Claypools home studio in northern California generating a surprisingly unique experimental sound. To hear their work head over to Amazon or check out their cover below.
