The Beaches Brew music festival, the free rock/electronic festival nestled along the shores of the Adriatic Sea in the sunny beach town of Marina di Ravenna Italy, has just announced their lineup for this year.
The Coathangers, Thee Oh Sees and Shellac will join the lineup as headliners this year, providing festival goers a heaping helping of punk on the warm Italian shores.
Thee Oh Sees will perform amid a wave of momentum after releasing not one, but two well received albums this year while The Coathangers released a tough but stellar album in the form of Nosebleed Weekend (and their incredible single “Perfume”) and are touring the U.S. this winter to support the album.
In addition to the headliners, King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, Weyes Blood, Preoccupations, Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith, Moon Duo, King Khan & the Shrines, Kikagaku Moyo, Operators and Altin Gun will also throw their name in the fray as the first wave of announced artists.
The festival itself will take place June 5-8 and is completely free, so if you find yourself taking a little summer Euro-trip you might make a little pit-stop. Check out their website for additional lineup additions and other announcements.
