Canadian alternative rock band Barenaked Ladies will make a stop at the Greek Theatre on July 21 as part of their 2015 Last Summer on Earth Tour. The tour coincides with their new album coming out this summer on Vanguard Records. Fans who buy tickets will instantly receive the track “Matter Of Time” from the new album as a digital release.
Barenaked Ladies is made up of guitarist/vocalist Ed Robertson, bassist/vocalist Jim Creeggan, keyboardist/vocalist Kevin Hearn and drummer/vocalist Tyler Stewart. The band is known for their hit singles “One Week”, “The Old Apartment”, “Pinch Me” and the theme song for the sitcom The Big Bang Theory. Since forming in 1988, they have sold more than 15 million albums worldwide and have won seven Juno awards and earned multiple Grammy nominations.
The band is known for its humorous exchanges between songs to hold the audience’s attention. Barenaked Ladies’ comedy and musicianship will make the show at the Greek Theatre a memorable one.
