Following Crosses major return with their new album Goodnight, God Bless, I Love U, Delete, the band has announced the official United States tour in support of their second studio album. The Familiar World Tour includes a stop at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, California on Wednesday, March 6.
Crosses made their big return releasing their first album in nine years, Goodnight, God Bless, I Love U, Delete, which follows their 2022 Permanent Radiant EP. The group returned from a lengthy hiatus with a bang as they have also announced their first full tour since 2014. The Familiar World Tour will kick off on February 7 in Salt Lake City, Utah and run through March 11 at Seattle, Washington. The 23-date tour includes stops in major cities such as Chicago, Toronto, New York, Dallas, and more. Before their first full official tour, Crosses is set to perform a limited run of shows in four select cities late fall. Crosses makes their official return to the stage on November 13, 14 and 15 at the Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever in LA followed by a performance on November 18 in Huntington Beach, California for the Dark Waves festival, followed by two shows on November 28 and 29 in Brooklyn, New York, and closing out the set of shows on December 4 and 5 in San Francisco, California. These limited coastal shows have already sold out.
The LA-based band is was created as a side project by Deftones’ Chino Morena and Far’s Shaun Lopez. In 2011 the duo released their debut EP titled EP 1 for free. The following year Crosses performed at Lollapalooza and the Quilmes Rock festival. In 2014, Crosses released their debut self-titled studio album with remastered versions of previously released songs from previous EPs. Following a long hiatus the band released a few cover singles with their 2022 EP Permanent Radiant marking their first official release in eight years. Crosses is best known for their electronic rock and dark pop sound combined with Moreno’s interest in the art and symbols in religion.
