White Reaper is soon to kick off their Asking for a Ride Tour this February. The tour includes special guests Narrow Head, Militarie Gun, Mamalarky, and Taipei Houston on selected dates. The tour also includes a stop at Los Angeles’ Fonda Theatre on Tuesday, Feb. 21.
The Louisville-based garage punk band, White Reaper, will be accompanied by special guests Narrow Head and Taipei Houston for their Los Angles show at the Fonda Theatre. This show will be White Reapers return to LA after three years. The Asking for a Ride Tour was announced ahead of the band’s fourth studio album, Asking for a Ride, their second release under the major label Elektra set to release on Jan. 27, 2023.
White Reaper is Tony Esposito, Ryan Hater, Hunter Thompson, Nick Wilkerson, and Same Wilkerson. In 2015, the band released their first album, White Reaper Does It Again followed by their 2017 record The World’s Best American Band. In 2019, they released their major label debut album, You Deserve Love. Immediately following the release of their upcoming album, the band will head out on their headlining North American tour.
White Reaper has performed at Lollapalooza, opened for The Killers, Spoon and Weezer. The band peaked at No. 6 on Billboard’s US Hot Rock Songs with their single “Might Be Right.” White Reaper embraces their unapologetic essence and uncontainable energy on stage to create some of the most incredible live performances. The band is known for their classic rock sound with beaming twin guitar leads and mixes of pop.
