I have four words for you: FREE SHOW. NADA SURF.
…if those four short words aren’t enough to convince you to show up at Amoeba on the 30th, I don’t know what will. I mean, these indie veterans have been around for long enough for you to realize that this appearance is sure draw a huge crowd, not to mention the fact that it’s being held to promote their brand new album The Stars Are Indifferent to Astronomy that just dropped yesterday. If you buy a copy, you’ll have perfect signing material after the show AND receive a free limited-edition EP The Dulcitone Files (acoustic takes on tracks from the new album).
I’m making this post short and to the point because I feel like there’s not much convincing that needs to be made. So…yeah. 6PM*. January 30th. Amoeba. NADA F*CKING SURF. I’ll see you there.
*I’d show up early if I were you. And it’s not like there isn’t anything for you to look at/listen to while you wait.
**Oh and in case you show up and (God forbid) don’t get in, they’re playing a show on March 20th at Music Box. Tickets are $25 + service fees and can be bought here.
