Two Previously Unreleased Liz Phair Songs To Be Sold On Exclusive Vinyl During Upcoming Sleater-Kinney Co-Headline Tour

According to Stereogum.com, Liz Phair and Sleater-Kinney‘s the Flannel And The Fury Tour is just around the corner and Phair will be selling a limited edition 7″ vinyl with two previously unreleased songs, including the theme to Lena Dunham’s podcast on the tour. “Only Love” is on Side A, which has been the theme for The C-Word since its inception in 2019. Dunham cohosts the podcast with Alissa Bennett and it began re-releasing without a paywall under an Audacy distribution deal last year.

Dunham is a known Phair fan by stating: “I’m proud to say, I (purposely) had sex once in the house she had lived in,” she told Vogue in 2018. Side B has a track called “Crystal Ball.” According to a statement, two unreleased Liz Phair tracks will be available at The Flannel and The Fury Tour merch booth and it is pressed on a special edition 7” vinyl that us limited to 1000 copies. Side A: “Only Love” (as heard on Lena Dunham’s The C-Word podcast) and Side B: “Crystal Ball.”
