Becoming the first solo woman in history to headline Toronto’s Rogers Stadium last night, Karol G officially announced a new album, No Me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto. The urbano superstar revealed her next album on stage during her Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour across the stadium screens, it matches the same shade that she’s been using for the past few months to hint at a new project. The album will release August 7.
“I’ve been working on a project for a couple of months,” Karol said in Spanish. “I’ve been locked in for months making new music. For months, I’ve been preparing a segment that will form part of this tour. I want to announce that on August 7, my new album will come out. It’s an album that I can’t wait to sing with all of you,” she added.
Last week, the singer released new song “Matadora” in tandem with her tour kickoff. during the opening night of the tour. No further details have been revealed, It’s an exciting time for Karol, as she continues her global stadium tour. The urbano superstar will make her way across North and South America through the year before heading to Europe next summer.
An official tracklist for No Me Arrepiento de Sentir Tantohas yet to be revealed, but the unapologetic track is likely to appear on the album.
