The Black Lips have announced their West Coast Tour set for this fall. The tour includes two stops in Los Angeles including a Halloween show at the Zebulon and a performance on Tuesday, November 12 at the iconic Gold-Diggers Bar.
The Black Lips are set to embark on a 14-date West Coast Tour starting on Halloween night, October 31 in Los Angeles,CA through November 16 in Pioneertown, CA. The garage punk band will make their way up the coast in November hitting cities such as Sacramento and San Francisco before switching gears to Crystal Bay, NV, Bend, OR, and Seattle, WA. Pancho and the Wizards will join as the supporting band during select dates.
Still considered one of the best live bands around today, Black Lips were born of DIY ethic, working their way from sweaty basement shows in Georgia to huge crowds at international music festivals to tours in such far flung locales as India, Jordan, Cyprus, Egypt, Lebanon, Iraqi Kurdistan, the United Arab Emirates, and many more. The band is recognized for their unapologetic songcraft and stylistic evolution. The released their debut self-titled record in 2003 followed by nine more studio albums with the latest being 2022’s Apocalypse Love via Fire Records.
