Deadmau5 is set to celebrate 20 years of music with a massive show at the Hollywood Bowl on Saturday, April 27. The electronic musician is set to make his debut at the iconic Los Angeles venue this spring with a three hour set spanning 20 years of his discography.
Deadmau5 hits the road this spring and fall with his ‘Retro5pective: 20 Years of Deadmau5‘ tour. The short tour consists of five shows in three cities; kicking off in Los Angeles on April 27, heading over to New York on May 2 and 3, and concluding in Denver on November 1 and 2. Fans can expect a three hour set spanning 20 years of his discography with production matching the timeline and this show will also feature the cube. Also performing will be a variety of special guests alongside Meute opening the show.
A press release also promises that the shows will include “a selection of never-performed-before material a visual array of mau5 visuals from performances past, and new graphics and lighting styles unique to each venue.” The Hollywood Bowl show also features three VIP packages. The I Remember Package includes a pit ticket, early access and the 20th anniversary blanket poncho with commemorative VIP laminate. Deadmau5 is a Canadian electronic music producer and DJ, best known his house and techno music. The six time Grammy nominated DJ has collaborated with countless of artists and DJs. In 2008 the masked DJ rose to global popularity with hit “I Remember” with Kaskade, followed by “Ghosts ‘n’ Stuff” featuring Rob Swire. Deadmau5 is one of the highest paid electronic music producers in the world.
