Danny Brown has announced the Quaranta ’24 tour with 24 live shows across North America. The tour includes a stop at The Belasco on Saturday, April 6 in Los Angeles, California.
Detroit rapper Danny Brown will be heading out tour in spring 2024 celebrating his sixth studio album Quaranta, released on November 17 via Warp Records. The album follows 2019’s solo U Know What I’m Sayin?, and his 2023 collaborative record with JPEGMafia Scaring the Hoes. The Quaranta 2024 tour will kick off on March 12 in Boston, MA and is set to conclude on April 14 in Nashville, TN. The tour will visit 24 cities including New York, Chicago, Seattle, and Vancouver.
Danny Brown recently ended an era hosting and performing the 10th annual and final installment of the Thanksgiving Bruiser in his hometown of Detroit. The evening included performances with JPEGMafia and more. Brown also spent the summer on tour with JPEGMafia with sold-out shows in support of their collaborative album Scaring The Hoes.
After three years of teasing a new solo album Brown released his sixth studio album Quaranta. The rapper worked with several producers including The Alchemist, Quelle Chris, and Paul White. The 11-track record is said to be Brown’s most personal record as of yet, exploring darker emotions and follows his time spent in rehab to recover from alcohol addiction. Quaranta has received some mixed reviews, but most publications agree that the album is not like anything Brown’s previous work.
