Foo Fighters just announced a full North American tour in support of But Here We Are, this will be their first major headlining tour since the sudden death of drummer Taylor Hawkins last year. The new dates will kick off next July and run through mid-August with two dates in Los Angeles, California at the BMO Stadium on Friday, August 9, 2024, and Sunday, August 11, 2024.
Foo Fighter’s “Everything or Nothing at All” 2024 U.S. tour will open on July 17 in Queens, New York and conclude on August 18 in Seattle, Washington. The new set of dates include support from one or more of Pretenders, L7, the Hives, Mammoth WVH, and Amyl and the Sniffers. Alex G will support a handful of the West Coast dates of the “Everything or Nothing at All” Tour. This tour will be the first official full-length run with Josh Freese on drums. The Foo Fighters will visit 10 cities with 12 headlining shows including their first set of Los Angeles dates since their tribute performance for the late Taylor Hawkins.
Back in June, Foo Fighters announced a tour of British stadiums with guests including Wet Leg and Courtney Barnett. The following month, they brought out Alanis Morissette at Fuji Rock for a tribute to the late Sinéad O’Connor. Foo Fighters are currently on tour with a few shows left in the US, including appearances at Texas’ Austin City Limits Festival, before traveling to Australia and New Zealand this December. The new US tour will immediately follow the already sold-out UK stadium tour next summer.
