K.Flay returns to Amoeba Hollywood to celebrate the release of her new album, MONO, with a live in-store performance and special commemorative poster! Celebrate the new record with an intimate show by K. Flay at Amoeba Hollywood on Thursday, September 14.

The LA-based multi-platinum artist K. Flay is releasing her fifth studio album, MONO, on September 15 via Giant Music. After suddenly going deaf in her right ear, K. Flay was unsure how it would affect her music career. Despite the fear, K. Flay decided to create a new album which features 15 new songs including “Raw Raw,” “Shy” and “Punisher.” Mono also features the single “Irish Goodbye,” a collaboration with Pierce The Veil’s Vic Fuentes. Although K.Flay’s hearing loss deeply informed her songwriting on MONO, the album marks the start of a new era for the artist who explores an entire spectrum of existential questions and complex matters of the heart and mind on the LP. Additionally, K.Flay wrote an original song “T-Rex” for Neflix’s groundbreaking new animated film Nimona.

To celebrate the new record, K. Flay will be performing a live set mere hours before the record’s official release. To attend the event pre-purchase a copy of MONO in-store at Amoeba Hollywood on Thursday, September 14. Those who pre-purchase the record in-store on the selected date will receive guaranteed admission to the live performance and a limited-edition “K.Flay – Live at Amoeba” poster.
