Covet At The Roxy On May 12

Covet is out on the road celebrating the release of their third and latest album Catharsis. The North American tour is winding down to an end, but don’t worry as the alternative rock band are headed to Los Angeles on Friday, May 12 for a show at The Roxy Theatre.

The “Catharsis Tour” is coming to an end with its final two-weeks on the road. The alt-rock group has been traveling across North American since April 7, the very day their record was officially released. With only nine shows to go, Covet is heading to the West Coast bringing the party along with them. The trio is set to perform their final show of the tour on May 13 in Santa Cruz, California.

Covet is led by guitarist and songwriter Yvette Young, joined by drummer Jessica Burdeaux and bassist Brandon Dove. Following a major shift in the band’s lineup and a series luckless events, Covet returned stronger than ever releasing their third studio record and selling out various shows on their promotional tour. The group has a sound that ranges from alternative to grunge to post-rock and more.

The trio recently released a new music video for “Coronal,” the opening track from Catharsis. The band has also created a virtual art gallery with their own drawings and art submitted from fans. Covet’s virtual art gallery opens Thursday, May 4 via catharsis.covettheband.com.
