Beyoncé Brings the Renaissance World Tour to LA

Beyoncé returns with her first solo headlining tour in seven years with the highly anticipated Renaissance World Tour. The stadium tour is set to include three shows at Inglewood’s SoFi Stadium starting Friday, Sept.1 through Monday, Sept. 4.

Queen Bey returns with the first world tour since 2018’s co-headlining On the Run II Tour with Jay-Z. This time the Grammy Award-winning artist will be touring the world solo in honor of her seventh studio album Renaissance, released on July 29, 2022. The album debuted at No.1 on the U.S. Billboard chart and other countries. Renaissance received instant appraisal as it is a homage to Black and queer pioneers of the 1970s Black dance/club music. The album mixes disco and house music but ultimately explores the themes of escapism, self-expression and more. The album follows 2016’s groundbreaking Lemonade.

Beyoncé Knowles-Carter recently broke the record of the most Grammy wins after winning Best Dance/Electronic Album for Renaissance, summing up a total of 32 Grammys. The former Destiny’s Child superstar has broken various records and topped the charts with her groundbreaking and boundary pushing music. Knowles is one of the world’s best selling recording artist and performers of all time as she is well-known for her spectacular live performances.

Aside from being one of the world’s most popular artist, Knowles is also a businesswoman, activist, actress and director. The world experienced Beyoncé’s directorial debut with 2013’s Life is But a Dream, an autobiographical television film also executive produced by the singer. Knowles went on to direct three more projects with the latest being 2020’s Black Is King.

The Renaissance World Tour is set to begin on May 10, 2023, in Stockholm, Sweden and end on Sept. 27, 2023, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The tour includes a total of 57 shows, all set to be mesmerizing performances with Queen Bey’s hard-hitting choreography and visuals.
