Gogol Bordello Announces 2023 European Tour Dates

Today the international punk band Gogol Bordello have announced 2023 European Tour which is set to start in the UK on May 25. The tour follows the four sold out New Year’s Eve shows in the US, which is a tradition Gogol Bordello have been doing for 15 years.

Since the band’s formation in 1999, Gogol Bordello has been riling up audiences with an inimitable patchwork of raucous punk and Eastern European Gypsy-swing. The band’s latest album Solidaritine takes listeners back to hardcore roots with a renewed sense of urgency.

As lead singer Eugene Hütz explains “Solidaritine is the substance that unlocks our empathy and our full human potential…May this be your punky uplift for our packed with troubled times.”

On another note Hütz has appeared in art house films such as Liev Schreiber’s Everything Is Illuminated  Elijah Wood, Filth, Wisdom and Madonna. Gogol Bordello have lit up stages around the world alongside System of Down, Primus, Rancid, Dropkick Murphys. They gave dueted with Regina Spektor and cut albums with legends Rick Rubin and Steve Albini.

In the press release Rolling Stone Magazine describes what Gogol Bordello ‘s music sounds like.

“Get ready to experience an unforgettable performance by the one and only Gogol Bordello! The gypsy punk band brings their high-energy live show to a new level… will have you dancing and singing along.”
